Spain Road Trip Route: Seville > Granada > Valencia > Barcelona
Overview
I wouldn’t characterize the direct route of our Spain road trip as being one beautiful landscape after another or particularly exciting. That wasn’t the point of this particular trip – it was more a means of visiting these places and traveling economically with four people. I will say that it was beneficial to be in private while traveling Granada to Valencia as my emotions had the best of me on November 9, 2016.

The route was born when my mother and aunt decided to come visit Daniel and me in Seville. Our end destination was Barcelona, as my mom and aunt had never been and it was the perfect departure point for a flight back to the U.S. The question was what else should our itinerary consist of? The crew wasn’t as interested in Madrid as it would be taking on a large city in too small an amount of time. For fast travel, I think the pacing was okay, not perfect.

In Conclusion
Spain is a remarkable country that excites with its cuisine, energetic cities filled with regal and charm, and gorgeous coastline. Put it high up on your travel list, you will not regret it!
